Had a cozy stay. the waterfall shower head was incredible, and the food in the bar was top-notch! However, the bed felt a bit too soft for my taste.

Request a room away from the laundry for a quieter stay, especially near active times.

Everything met needs and I had a fairly nice stay for 3 nights. The property was clean, featured excellent design, I enjoyed it. There were a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and refrigerators. The location was awesome and easy, close to a grocery store with easy access to shopping centres and supermarkets.

Updated room, absolutely perfect, with a good size bathroom.

There were major concerns with noise control. The adjoining room featured a door that let sounds travel as if the neighbors were right next door. The lack of complimentary drinking water was an odd and disappointing touch considering the price, and accessibility to the parking lot's back door without secure locking didn't inspire much confidence in safety.

Price
Hotel seems dated. More attention should deifinetly be paid to maintenance, ie: loose toilet seat, taps in bathroom vanity, Bathroom ceiling tile badly needs work. Was awakened several times by noise from water lines in another room.

Good location and fun times
Really nice spot near Jasper! Staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean. The bar area was really fun for unwinding after a day of exploring. Big showers are a huuuge plus. Just wish they had more towels for our crew. Otherwise, we dug our stay!

The staff were small-town friendly, and went out of their way to help us find extra bedding. The rooms were very small, crowded for our family, but a great budget getaway, with a relatively short drive into Jasper.
We were booked for a non-smoking room, but there were ashtrays. Still, the room did not have a bad odour. On the other hand, the sound insulation between rooms was so-so, and in the morning, the pipes were groaning loudly. I'm also not excited to see coffee in the morning with a sign "not free" in front of it.

The manager was excellent.
No pool or hot tub. Windows didn't open. Breakfast server was grumpy and unpleasant. Rooms smelled of stinky feet.
